  • In case you are serviced by any of our registered resellers, ask for paper-form to fill up the details.
  • You can pay $99.90 to the registered reseller along with your application form
  • You can also download the form and take print. After filling the form, you can either fax the form on fax # +61 2 9635 6800 or email us the scanned image.
  • You need to inform your loved ones, the beneficiary in India (eg your parents) that our engineer would contact them for further assistance. Please note this is important for our engineer to get proper response from the beneficiary.
  • It takes about 7 working days for processing your application
  • You don't need a PC nor your loved ones need to have any technical knowledge to use this phone
 
 
 
 
  • CYLO Care team in India calls the beneficiary (your loved ones) to assist in getting the broadband connection.
  • MTNL in Mumbai & Delhi and BSNL in rest of India is our preferred ISP. However, wherever not feasible our team would assist in getting broadband connection from other ISPs in the area.
  • Once the broadband connection is established, our engineer visits the beneficiary along with CYLO Phone to install it.
  • Typically, the broadband charges in India are about Rs. 250 which the beneficiary is billed every month by the ISP. Our team charges nothing to the beneficiary.
  Our engineer calls the beneficiary to find out about broadband availability
  CYLO Phone is delivered to the beneficiary address provided by you
  Our engineer assists in getting broadband connection at your beneficiary’s address
  Once Broadband connection is established, our engineer installs the CYLO Phone
 
 
 
  • Once CYLO phone is installed, the engineer makes the first call to you, the subscriber.
  • S/he would ask you to call back on the Australian number assigned
  • You call back from your local phone (fixed, mobile, public booth) from anywhere in Australia
  • Speak as much as you want with your loved ones
  • Our engineer takes acknowledgement on the installation report from the beneficiary
  • Your monthly subscription begins from that date
  • If you have selected direct debit method of payment, your mandate is sent to our bankers for receiving monthly subscription from you
  • You can communicate (should it be distribute?) the CYLO Phone number to anyone in Australia. Even other people can call the number and talk to your loved ones in India without paying the international calling rates. For example your brother, sister, relative or friend wishing to talk to your loved ones (eg your parents) in India can call from his/her fixed/mobile phone and talk unlimited to your CYLO Phone in India.
